Arizona Or Bust - On May 1st,
Feast of St. Joseph the Worker, we began the
cross-country trek to Arizona. Below are some
photos from our 'pilgrimage' across the
country...beginning with the Shrine of the Infant of
Prague in Oklahoma, then onto the Loretto Chapel in
Santa Fe, then to Cor Jesu Monastery in Jemez Spring,
NM. Finally we arrived in Arizona...to unpack! |

Thank You, Infant of Prague The Miraculous Staircase in Santa Fe We love you, Sr. Marie Josephe!
The National Shrine of the Infant of Prague in Prague Oklahoma provided us with an opportunity to officially thank the Baby Jesus for all He did to make the Foundation possible. When things were the hardest, the Infant would pop up to cheer us on! What prayers of joy and thanksgiving were offered there at the Shrine. After Jesus and Mary, St. Joseph was our great advocate and intercessor. In his fatherly hands, we placed our dreams and our hopes. He interceded like a true father to obtain graces beyond our imagining. We stopped at the Loretto Chapel to offer him our gratitude. He once again interceded for us, and we were able to climb 1/3 of the way up the miraculous stairs. We all felt his presence so strongly there in the Chapel. Stopping by to see our old and dear friend at her home in Jemez Springs was a great thrill. Being cloistered nuns, such opportunities don't come too often. So we saw our time together as a true gift from our Father. From left to right: Sr. Esther Marie, Sr. Marie St. Paul, Sr. Mary Fidelis, Sr. Marie Josephe, Mother John Paul, Br. Bernard, Br. Leo, and Fr. Joseph Unloading the Penske...what a joy! With all those hands working, we had the truck unpacked in no time at all and began right away the task of finding our little rooms, unpacking our suitcases and making our new house a home!
