What is the Nun Run?
An Annual 10K Run and 5K Run/Walk to support Our Lady of Solitude Monastery & the Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration in AZ. Our first annual run was on March 20th, 2010 - with over 900 on-site participants and over 200shadow paricipants. Our second annual run was on March 12, 2011 - with 900 onside and nearlyl 500 shadow participants. We hope that the event will grow each year!

What was the inspiration?
Many friends of the community suggested this to us over the years - as a great way to connect with the community, raise funds, raise awareness of our mission, and to let our communal love for athletics be used for the greater glory of God.
